We're Jeremy and Dani — a husband-and-wife transaction coordinator team based in Central Oregon, and we're a little obsessed with making sure your deals close without a hitch.

Jeremy started his career in real estate, and somewhere along the way Dani got pulled into the world of contracts, deadlines, and closings — and honestly, she never looked back. Together we've built a partnership that brings over a decade of real estate experience to every single transaction we touch.

Our journey hasn't been a straight line. We've lived and worked through it all — from Oregon to Colorado (yes, right through COVID), then five years building our business and reputation in Florida. Life recently brought us back to the Pacific Northwest to be closer to family, and we couldn't be happier to be putting down roots and serving agents right here at home.

What does all that mean for you? It means we've seen every kind of market, managed transactions under every kind of pressure, and never lost our love for doing this work well. We handle everything from contract to close — deadlines, documents, communication, coordination — so you can stay focused on what you do best: serving your clients and closing more deals.
